Nothing beats sweating your problems away. When I get really pissed, or fuck-up, I try ways and means to sweat it off. Be it dancing, or running, or exercise. I would resort to bathing too, it's out of point but it also aids in calming those nerves.
Headed to esplanade, anddddd I feel much better tryin' and tryin' and tryin' windmills all over again. That's what you get for not practicing hard enough and long enough before - you'd forget about it. I suck even more in balancing now, I think a tummy is bulging out, my arms are getting weaker, stamina's dropping, feeling lazy, eating more and more, forgot my steps and the worst thing, I AM GETTING LOUSY. So upset :(

You people should really know that my genre of dance is NOT FREAKIN' CHINESE DANCE, OR WHATEVER ETHNIC DANCE. UGH I hate it when people thinks so.
